c c c Honorable Professor,
c c c I am so sorry for the long silence on my part and for only sending you my wishes today: all the best in the New Year!
c c c The Committee meeting will be held after February 15, so we will not be disturbing your stay in Zakopane.
c c c Have you received Feuerbach? – We have received a written statement regarding Dr. Gałecki’s work progress – but the payment has to wait until we receive the first installment of the budget for 1954 /which I think will happen this week/.
c c c I am awaiting the news on Locke. We are obliged to hand in the first volume of Locke to production in February – I do not know how advanced Prof. Znierowski’s work is at this point. – Have you been in direct communication with him? And how is the second volume coming along?
c c c Submission of Kant /Critique and Prolegomena/ has been set in our plan of manuscript submissions for June – since it is important both to Professor and to us to publish it – if not in the Kantian year – at least at the beginning of 1954 – and printing, as experience has taught us, takes a while – 8 months at the minimum.
c c c I am writing at the Krakow address, because I do not know if Professor will definitely stay at Anna Maria –
c c c I shall await a brief reply
c c c c c c with deepest respect
c c c c c c c c and cordial greetings
