    c         In reference to the letter by the Secretary of Science from 8/27/1963 no. BP-0214-9/63 regarding the approval and record of papers, lectures or presentations the employees of the Academy intend to give abroad – it is hereby announced that the studies referred to in the aforementioned letter also include all materials and scientific and research works sent abroad for consultation or review.
    c         It shall be noted that the materials referred to above must also be recorded in the facility employing the given scholars.
