Honoured and Dear Professor:
Thank you very much for the letter and I apologize that I am writing a card, but I am totally exhausted, and I am not able to focus here. Soon, on the 25th I will begin a N[ew] life. I implore you, do not begin to smoke. I‘ve smoked the pipe with inhaling recently – it’s abominable, I will quit again completely in 3 days. I am kindly asking you then to commission the postage of St[udia] Phil[osophica] to me in Zakopane for PLN 20, and thank you for everything. I will describe the details in general in a letter in a few days. I am very encouraged to work on Carnap. I will try to synthesize Wittgenstein.
