Toruń, 24 March l958.

            Dear Roman! To supplement my letter of yesterday, I’m asking for the following: in your article ‘Notes on the perception of a musical work’, in the footnote on p. 22 (J. Chomiński, Musical Forms), there is a number missing from the page reference. Please give me this number so I can enter it in the typed manuscript.

            I visited Elz. today and found him in good condition. His leg is in traction and he’s completely immobilised; he’s enduring his condition patiently and even with a kind of humour.
