Letter from Konstanty Michalski written 25.02.1938
Krakow, 2/25/1938
n Dear Sir,
One could get offended at me for not reacting. Little burning matters have been occupying my attention so much, that only after I manage to rid myself of them will I be able to start a normal life. I expect this to happen the coming Monday and I will answer all your questions then.
n Today I just want to let you know I am alive and well and inform that at noon on the Sunday before the funeral I have telephoned Lviv twice, but there was nothing more I could do. It never occurred to me that you could be accused of anything. God forbid! I feel a bit guilty that I have neglected my correspondence lately, but I will try to make up for it and fix it.
n This is where I must end for now, to get down to the little matter that is to be published on March 1st, and another – to come out somewhere around the 4th.
n My deepest respects and please kindly convey my regards to Madam.
Fr. Michalski
