Dear Professor,

The editorial board of “Aesthetic Studies ” decided to celebrate Prof. Władysław Tatarkiewicz’s 80th birthday in April 1965, by devoting to him the fourth yearbook of “Studies”, which will be released next year.

Hence I am kindly asking you to send me an article for this volume. I suggest the volume of 15 pages of the typescript and the deadline for sending it to the editorial board – 2/15/1966. The paper can be written in English, French or German.

I will be obliged to you for notifying me of your decision regarding your contribution to the Editorial Office’s initiative.
