Honorable Ms. Faussek
I would like to kindly inform you that, in accordance with the option indicated in the passport, I have returned my passport to the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Krakow today, where I was told that the passport would be sent to Warsaw.
I was also at the National Bank of Poland, where I was told that I could send the returnable advance payment in the sum of CHF 26 which I had received before leaving Warsaw to the Polish Academy of Sciences, Department of Foreign Currencies, if they receive information which branch of the NBP handles the Polish Academy of Sciences’ account. I am asking you to kindly send me the necessary information, in which case I will send the aforementioned sum immediately. If, however, the PAS demands that I return this sum personally, I would like to ask if I have to do it right away /I would have to travel to Warsaw especially for this purpose/, or if I could resolve this during my next stay in Warsaw.
