n Dear Professor,
n n I will arrive on March 20th, in the evening. On Tuesday the 21st, I am hoping to be finished with the exam and defense before dinner, so I can be on my way to Warsaw around 3 p.m. I wrote to dean J. Wolski. And of you, I would like to ask to please make sure to book me a hotel room and let me know where I should “stand”.
