Letter from Stefan Żółkiewski written in 28.05.1967

Most Honoured Professor,

I accept the date of 10 June. I’m glad I’ll be able, even in such a modest fashion – as a reader of your papers – to show you my respect and gratitude. Please inform me where and at what time I’m supposed to appear. I’d like to return to Lublin via the night train that same day. Will this be possible? If so, I won’t need a hotel room.
c   I suggest the following title for the lecture: ‘Contemporary lyric poetry against the background of ancient poetry’.

Please accept expressions of veneration and highest respect –

Lublin, 28/5/1967.
