            Dear Roman! Thank you for your card of the 24th of this month. Your article has already been sent to the printer and will appear in the next issue at the end of the current year. I’ll make the corrections carefully. The bibliographic data, derived from various sources, unfortunately encompass various periods in various departments, so that the date ad quem cannot be unambiguously determined.

            I wish you a pleasant and fruitful time spent abroad. We’d be pleased if, while passing through Toruń, you’d drop in on us along with your son for a while. I returned from my holidays in Zakop. a few days ago and am slowly getting into the swing of the usual activities.
