c After reviewing the rules in force at the Academy concerning foreign trips, I found that, in principle, our possibilities are limited to academic employees and, naturally, members of the Academy; moreover, the Department, apart from funds for the trips of delegations to congresses and conventions included in the plan, which are thus sacrosanct, has no reserves for trips to capitalist countries. Unfortunately, therefore, I can’t come to the aid of Docent M. Gołaszewska. However, it seems that her appearance at the Ministry of Higher Education may be effective – if not from the Ministry’s foreign exchange resources, then from the so-called pool of paid currency.
